Our goal at Greybox is to help you live a healthier, more fulfilling life outside of and within your home. Greybox values your privacy, will keep your data safe and is committed to protecting your Personal Information. We understand it is important to you and we want you to know how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.
This Privacy Policy tells you what information we collect from visitors of websites owned and users of services owned and controlled by Greybox, how we use that information, how we may share that information, how we protect your information, and your choices regarding your Personal Information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat and safeguard your information. This Privacy Policy applies to our Services. This Privacy Policy does not extend to websites operated by third parties or other offline sources. Greybox is therefore not liable for their privacy policies, procedures and practices.
The data we collect helps us provide you a meaningful and customized experience while using our Services, and they also help you and the Appropriate Medical Staff to better manage your health. We collect two categories of information from users: (1) Personal Information and (2) General Information.
You may also choose to input certain health information, including but not limited to weight, height, heart rate, systolic, and diastolic blood pressure, glucose level, you level of stress, medication, laboratory results, familial history and activity. When you synchronize a point of care (“Device”) with the App, we collect the following information from your Device, which tracks detailed physical and health information based on monitoring your activity and your health status as set out in this Privacy Policy. This information may include your heart rate, systolic and diastolic, ECG, weight, glucose level, level of stress, and level of activity. This data is translated into information such as your trends and progress. Your Device stores this data until you sync. We may also collect your precise location data when you use our mobile app along with other data that we normally collect through our mobile applications.
We only collect Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us, including through registrations, order information, applications, surveys or other inquiries. We do not collect information that would identify you unless you choose to provide it to us. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but please be aware that may impact the Services provided to you.
“General Information” is information we obtain automatically from your connection, interaction with this App and the use of Cookies and other technologies. General information does not identify you personally. General information we collect when you use our App may include but is not limited to the domain and host from which you access the Internet, the Internet protocol address of the computer or smartphone you are using (“IP Address”), the browser software you are using, device type, manufacturer, model, and operating system you are using, the date and time that you access our App, the specific pages or features you use, and the number of visits you make to our App.

“Localisation Data” WHEN YOU INSTALL THE APP, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO GRANT ACCESS TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE’S GEOLOCATION DATA. By granting such permission, we may collect information about your precise geolocation information (i.e., your real-time geographic location), and may use that information to customize the Service with location-based information and features (for example, to provide you with relevant weather information through your weather app based on your location) and allow the Appropriate Medical Staff to will help directly or indirectly to manage your health.

When you register to the Services provided by Greybox, all the Appropriate Medical Staff will have access to your Personal Information. In addition, only the employees at Greybox who need to access your Personal Information to fulfil their employment duties will have access to it. We may share aggregate De-Identified Information, not any of your personally identifiable information, with our employees. Greybox does not share, sell, or rent personally identifiable information with independent companies for their own use without providing you a choice other than those stated below.
We may share Personal Information about you with partners with whom you’ve given us permission to, such as partner applications and integrations. In addition, by downloading other apps that sync information with the Devices, you expressly consent to providing your Personal Information with the company that develops that app. To combine wearable expertise with technology and design expertise from world-class partners, Greybox works with partners to build and bring you unique wearable experiences. With our partners in connection with specifically branded Greybox products, we may share Personal Information according to the paragraph below. To the extent you publicly share your Personal Information, the restrictions of this Privacy Policy do not apply to such Personal Information. Once displayed on publicly viewable web pages, that information can be collected and used by others. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users may do with the information that you voluntarily post. Once you have posted information publicly, while you will still be able to edit and delete it on the Site, you will not be able to edit or delete such information cached, collected, and stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines).
From time to time, we may use Third Parties to provide Services or otherwise support our business or collaborate with third parties with respect to development, promotion or other business activities related to a particular product or service. As a result, we may disclose Personal Information to contractors, service providers and other third parties but such disclosure will be limited to enabling those third parties to provide their products or services. We may also release your Personal Information to third parties as required by law, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement, judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on us, to protect the safety, rights or property of patients, customers, the public or Greybox or defend Greybox and its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, contractors and partners, in connection with any legal action, claim, or dispute.
Your Personal Information is stored on servers hosted in Canada, the United States or Europe depending upon your geographic location. We may add a server location in other regions depending upon business need. Local tribunal and legislation will have jurisdiction with regards to the access to your Personal Information.
We seek to safeguard the security of your Personal Information and have implemented reasonable security measures consistent with applicable laws, safe harbors, and accepted practices in the healthcare industry to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information. We have put in place a variety of information security measures, policies and procedures to protect your Personal Information, including “Secure Socket Layers” or SSL encryption technology, to protect your Personal Information during data transport and at rest. We limit the access to your Personal Information to employees or partners of Greybox who needs it for the execution of their duties and /or provision of Services. Despite our efforts, however, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information, nor can we guarantee that information that you provide will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. There is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way around our security systems or that transmissions of your Personal Information over the Internet will be intercepted. Therefore, we urge you to also take every precaution to protect your Personal Information when you are on the Internet or using the App. In order to protect your privacy, never share your sign-in name or password and always log out of the App when you are finished using the service.

If you remove data from your Greybox Account or from the Greybox Service, it will no longer appear to you or others who use the Site or Service. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE SITE OR SERVICE OR UNSUBSCRIBE TO OUR PROMOTION MAILING LIST, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT support@greybox.biz . When you deactivate your account on the site or service, data that can identify you will be removed from the Site or Service. Greybox may continue to use your de-identified data after you deactivate your account.
Our Privacy Policy may be periodically amended without notice to reflect changes made to our practices. We therefore invite you to consult this Privacy Policy in regularly for any changes. Continued use of our Services after the effective date will be construed as an acceptance of these amendments on your part. Children’s Privacy: We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. As such, we do not support accounts for people under eighteen years (18) of age.
Third Party Websites and Ad Services: Please be aware that our App may have links to third party websites that may collect Personal Information about you. When you click on one of these third party links, you are entering another website. We do not have control over any third party website and this Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices or policies of such third party websites.
