Project Manager

Your mission as project manager is to drive all required activities to obtain total satisfaction from our customers and partners. This mandate includes project definition, execution & installation as well as in-service support. Your main goal being to meet all the customer’s expectation and ensure a unique customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • You analyse clients’ needs, propose solutions and manage clients’ expectations
  • You lead meetings at client locations and take part in analysing clients’ workflows
  • You plan the integration of the solution into clients’ operating environments
  • You manage the project budget, risks and schedules (deliverables, milestones, invoicing dates, client responsibilities, etc.)
  • You plan and coordinate the work of all participants (internal and external) in your projects
  • You ensure communication between teams and stakeholders
  • You prepare and deliver training sessions to clients
  • You are responsible to ensure customer adoption & in-service satisfaction
  • You identify new business opportunities and support business initiatives

What you need:

  • You have a strong background in project management (Ideally software)
  • You have experience in customer support
  • You thrive to deliver a stellar customer experience
  • You have outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills (English & French)
  • You possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills & conflict management
  • You have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  • Bonus points : You have experience in digital health
